Our Prevention Policies for COVID-19

As the situation for COVID-19 evolves day-to-day we will be updating our policies regularly to make sure that our priority is the health and safety of our co-workers and customers.

We are currently open from 10am-5pm Monday - Saturday for walk-in and curb-side collection.
For our local/international delivery a team member will wear a mask and gloves while packing your orders on a sanitized surface.
Regularly throughout the day we are thoroughly disinfecting our surfaces and doors and washing our hands.



We will be open for curb-side pick up Mon - Sat 10am-4pm. You can come to the door or we can bring your items to your car (Reid Street).

Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and you will be emailed and/or called when it is ready for collection.

If you need to collect outside of these times, or need it sooner please call 704 8227 or email and we will do our best to service you.



Orders will be processed and delivered in 7 business days. If you need it sooner, please let us know.



Orders will be processed in 1-3 business days and then shipped via DHL. Orders over $98 will ship for free but the receiver of the package will need to pay any local duty or taxes.

Please note it will take us longer then normal to process returns, as we will not be touching any returned goods for a minimum of 3 days upon receiving the package. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.


Some common questions:

  • Is it safe to receive a package from any area where COVID-19 has been reported?” The World Health Organization states, "Yes. The likelihood of an infected person contaminating commercial goods is low and the risk of catching the virus that causes COVID-19 from a package that has been moved, travelled, and exposed to different conditions and temperature is also low."
  • “Do you foresee any supply issues?” We are well stocked and do not foresee a supply chain issue at this time.
