TABS Bermuda is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and commercial performance of its Bermuda retail stores. This is a hands-on role with responsibility for driving sales, leading teams, and ensuring strong operational standards. The position reports directly to the Founder and requires a confident retail leader with strong organisational and sales capabilities.

STORE MANAGER & HEAD OF SALES - BERMUDA

We’re looking for a Store Manager & Head of Sales to lead our Bermuda stores, with a focus on our Hamilton flagship. This is a hands-on role for someone commercially minded and highly organised, with experience in retail, buying, and team leadership. You’ll be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, overseeing financial operations, and bringing the TABS brand to life in-store.
