Returns and Refund Policy

We are proud of our products and won’t be happy until you are.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original, unworn condition within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to send out a replacement or refund you in full for the product.

Please note: if we find that the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Tariffs, Taxes, and Duties
Please note that any tariffs, taxes, or local duties incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will not be refunded or reimbursed by TABS Bermuda.

Important Notes:

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on swimwear, food, or skincare items.

  • Refunds are only applicable for online purchases.

  • Items purchased at our Flagship Store in Bermuda are eligible for store credit only.

  • Sale items are non-refundable; only regularly priced items may be refunded.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few business days.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted.

  • Delivery times for exchanged products may vary depending on where you live.

  • For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without it.
